Ingredients: Split White Lentils, Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Oil), Water, Green Chili, Ginger, Salt, Sesame Seeds. Coconut chutney: Coconut, Water, Bengal Gram (Split Skinned Chickpeas), Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Oil), Coriander Leaves, Green Chilli, Salt, Split White Lentils, Curry Leaves, Mustard Seeds. Ginger Chutney: Ginger, Tamarind, Water, Garlic, Jaggery, Edible Vegetable Oil (Sunflower Oil), Salt, Sugar, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds.
Allergen Information: Contains sesame.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at –18 °C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Thawing Instructions: Remove the pack from the freezer. Place it at room temperature for 1–2 hours or in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours (overnight) until fully thawed. Once thawed, consume immediately after heating as per serving instructions. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Cooking Instructions: Steam Method:
Place the frozen Medhu Vada and chutney packet in a steamer. Steam the vadas for 6–7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 74°C / 165°F. Warm the chutney alongside, if in a microwave-safe pouch or suitable container. Serve hot together.

Microwave Method:
Place the frozen Medhu Vada on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp muslin cloth. Heat for 2–3 minutes, or until the vada reaches an internal temperature of 75°C or above. Warm the chutney separately in the microwave if needed. Serve hot together.

For Best Results:
Use the steamer to heat the Medhu Vada for optimal softness and texture.

Consume only after proper cooking.
