Ingredients: Refined Wheat Flour (Maida),Sugar, Salt, Refined Sunflower Oil,  Refined Vegetable Oil, Baking Powder
Allergen information: Contains wheat (gluten). May contain traces of soy, dairy, nuts, mustard due to shared facility.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at –18 °C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Thawing Instructions:
Remove the frozen parotta from the freezer and keep at room temperature for 30–40 minutes until softened. For quicker use, place the parotta on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 20–30 seconds. Once thawed, cook immediately for best results.
Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat the pan/tawa on a medium flame and oil the pan/tawa before heating the parotta. Once the pan/tawa is hot enough, put the rolled parottas on the pan/tawa on a slow flame. Let it cook for 40-50 seconds. Flip and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Apply one last brush of oil on both sides to ensure that the parotta browns evenly and obtains the golden sheen. Now remove the parotta from the pan. Immediately place the roasted parotta on a flat surface and compress with both hands to separate the layers. And, FROZEN MALABAR PAROTTA is ready to serve now.
